Through Bloomhall’s agency network we regularly receive on-market updates and we identified an opportunity to piece together two adjacent plots to form a larger site. Bloomhall fully appraised the site potential and introduced to retained clients. After confirming client interest, Bloomhall negotiated the unconditional purchase and provided exit strategy. Bloomhall project managed a team of outsourced consultants and oversaw the legals throughout the purchase and planning process to provide a more comprehensive scheme.

Result

Planning was granted for 4 large split level contemporary townhouses to include demolition of the existing property. Client decided to build out and Bloomhall provided project management throughout the construction process and undertook the subsequent sales and marketing campaign. Development was awarded WhatHouse Silver Award 2016.
