Challenge

Client was looking for a parcel of land for ‘medium sized’ development opportunity.

Solution

Following an extensive search, a parcel of land was identified and Bloomhall approached the existing owners as the site was not currently on the market. On behalf of the client, Bloomhall fully appraised the site potential, negotiated purchase price and provided exit strategy. Bloomhall project managed a team of outsourced consultants and oversaw the legals throughout the purchase and planning process.

Result

Site was purchased with existing outline consent for 15 townhouses. New higher density planning permission for 63 studio apartments plus commercial space was sought and granted. Land then sold with planning to a developer purchaser.
